What to expect
Arrivals: Meeting you at Bandaranaike International
Your driver is inside the arrivals hall with a name board before your flight lands. We track the arrival, so an early or a late one makes no difference to you. Help with the luggage, then straight to a vehicle that is already cool.

On the way: The run to your hotel
Colombo, Negombo, the south coast or straight up to the Cultural Triangle, all of it direct, with stops wherever you want them. Ask and your driver will pull in for a SIM card, currency or a first Sri Lankan breakfast.

Best time to go
Transfers run every day of the year, at any hour. The one thing worth knowing is that Colombo traffic is heavy between about 7am and 9.30am and again from 4pm to 7pm, and the airport road is slowest then. Your driver builds that into the timing rather than leaving you to discover it.
Frequently asked questions
Where will the driver meet me?
Inside the arrivals hall at Bandaranaike International, past customs, holding a board with your name on it. You do not need to find your way outside or negotiate with anyone at the rank.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight and the driver waits. There is no charge for waiting time on a delayed arrival. The pickup simply moves with the aircraft.
Do you operate at night?
Yes, any hour, and there is no night surcharge. A large share of arrivals into Colombo land between midnight and 5am and they are handled exactly like any other.
Can the driver stay with us for the whole trip?
Yes. That is how our tours work, and you can book the same thing on its own. A chauffeur guide and vehicle by the day, for as many days as you want, with the route entirely yours.
Is the fare per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. The quote covers the vehicle, the chauffeur guide, fuel, parking and highway tolls, so the price does not change with the number of seats you fill.
Which vehicle do we need?
It depends on your party and your luggage. As a rule: a sedan for one to three, an SUV for up to six, a KDH van for six to twelve, and a mini coach or coach beyond that. Tell us your numbers and cases and we will pick it for you.
